Our placement fees are simple and transparent. You pay either $997 for a single placement or $4,997 for unlimited placements over a year. After placement, you only pay $3/hour directly to your team member(s). There are no hidden fees or additional costs. The placement fee covers our vetting process, AI training, matching service, and administrative support throughout the engagement.

No catch! We're able to connect you with talented professionals from as little as $3/hour because they're based in regions with much lower costs of living. This rate provides a competitive local salary for our talent while offering you substantial savings. After paying the placement fee, we'll match and help you onboard your new hire in as little as 5 days.

The $4,997 unlimited placement plan includes all the hiring you need throughout a 12-month period. This includes access to our entire talent pool, priority matching, a dedicated account manager, comprehensive talent assessment, a 90-day replacement guarantee, and ongoing support for all your placed team members. You'll still pay $3/hour for each team member's time worked.

If you're not satisfied with any team member we place, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee with our single placement plan and a 90-day replacement guarantee with our unlimited plan. Simply let us know the issues, and we'll find you a replacement at no additional cost within the guarantee period. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every placement.

Our streamlined process typically takes 5-7 business days from your initial request to introducing pre-vetted candidates. After you select a candidate, they can typically start within 48 hours. Unlimited plan members receive priority matching, which can accelerate the process to as little as 3-5 business days.

For our placement fees, we accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. These fees are processed securely through industry-standard encryption and comply with PCI DSS requirements. For paying your new team members, you'll be responsible for managing those payments directly. We're happy to provide guidance on setting up efficient payment systems, including recommendations for secure platforms that accept various payment methods like direct deposit, credit cards, or bank transfers based on your business needs.
